#9 You don't need another idea

Let’s talk about something I see all the time.

You've launched your course or community [insert as appropriate😊]. The sales funnel has been built, the emails are set up and traffic is coming in. On the surface, everything is looking good.

But conversions are inconsistent.

And when that happens, the instinct is almost always to rebuild. A new sales page. Different messaging. A slightly different offer. Another funnel.

When actually, what’s needed isn’t more. It’s refinement.

If you do only ONE thing, do this:

Choose one core offer. Start with your sales page and then take a step back.

If someone lands on it for the first time, is the transformation obvious? Is it clear who it’s for? Is the next step unmistakable?

Then look at your call to action. Is it visible? Repeated? Clear? Or are visitors having to search for the next step?

Then review your checkout. Is it simple? Clear? Friction-free?

Then open your analytics and look at page views versus purchases, drop-off points and so on.

This is exactly the kind of work I recently did with a client who came to me wanting clarity on her website and customer journey.
