#13 The Kajabi Build Room (and what's actually inside it)

I've just launched something new: The Kajabi Build Room.

Three fixed-scope, fixed-price builds so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you say yes.

1. Kajabi Site Set Up - £450 This is the foundational layer. Domain connected, email sender set up, your branding applied, header and footer built, payment integration, Google Analytics connected, social media linked and your privacy policy and terms pages added. Get the foundations right and, trust me, it will make everything much easier going forward!

2. The Launch Build - £970 For one product: a course, a membership, or a community. You choose which. A course build covers up to six modules and thirty lessons, your student library and login fully customised, all your content uploaded and up to three onboarding emails. A community build covers setup, branding, onboarding page, navigation, one challenge and your first month of meetups. Either way, you get a finished product built and ready to launch.

3. The Core Funnel Build - £1,500 Two connected funnels for one offer: your lead magnet funnel (opt-in page, thank you page, delivery email, welcome sequence) and your sales funnel (sales page, checkout, payment integration, confirmation page). Built to work together and the core foundations of every offer.

Every build starts the same way: a 30 minute strategy session to map your offer and your customer journey before any work begins. Every build includes two rounds of revisions and a five day turnaround.

One thing worth being upfront about: Site Set Up on its own doesn't give you a finished, usable site. It's the foundation. If you want a working site end to end, you'll want Site Set Up plus either the Launch Build or the Core Funnel Build, depending on what you're launching.
